Lens test - Damn it’s wide! Voigtlander Bessa R3A / Voigtlander Super-Wide Heliar 15mm f4.5 LTM Kodak Tri X 400 processed in Kodak HC-110 dilution B @ 6.5mins standard agitation (10s/60s) Testing one of Garys lenses during the rainy lomotion outing. It took some getting used to, composing through the external viewfinder and such, as well as the 15/4.5 LTM is not RF coupled so everything is scale focused. To be honest, now I know that with a lens this wide, why on earth would you need it to be? At f8 or f11 you can just hyperfocus to infinity and more or less everything will be in focus! This is a lens I am actually considering as a super wide, after testing it out, It’s definitely on my list.
